Privacy notice / Portfolio

Cookie and Privacy Policy.

This notice applies to this website. It describes the technologies used, their purposes and your choices. It is independent from other websites’ policies. www.lazzeretti.com.

The service register is generated from current settings and published projects. New services and technologies must be assessed and recorded before activation.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser. localStorage and sessionStorage retain preferences and session information. Embedded services and external scripts may contact third-party providers.

2. Choices and consent

Essential functions work without consent. Non-essential analytics and external video players require separate permissions. You can accept, decline or customize your preferences initially and change them at any time using the cookie icon.

4. Withdrawal and disabling

You can withdraw consent through the privacy panel and clear cookies and local data in your browser settings. If YouTube is declined, local WebP covers and project pages remain available but the player does not load.

5. Data controller and contact

Data controller: Lazzeretti.

Privacy requests: Email address must be configured before final publication.

6. Legal bases, purposes and recipients

Processing needed for browsing and security is based, as appropriate, on the requested service or legitimate interests in technical protection. Non-essential analytics and embedded videos require consent. Hosting providers process technical data; Google and YouTube apply their own notices and may involve international transfers.

7. Data retention

Preferences remain in localStorage until changed or deleted; the session marker ends when the session closes. Internal statistics are aggregated daily counts. Google cookie lifetimes depend on service settings. The admin area uses separate cookies and may remember a device for a configured period.

8. Contact requests

The contact form collects name, phone, email and message, along with the time received and operational status. These data are used to respond. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or, where applicable, legitimate interests in handling communications. The IP address is not added to the message record.

Anti-spam measures include a honeypot, minimum form completion time, one-time tokens and temporary pseudonymous rate limits based on IP and email, retained for up to 24 hours. Messages remain in a private area until deletion or for as long as needed to handle the relationship. The controller must set a retention period before final publication.

Notification emails do not include the message body. Only the reply status and date are saved. Marking a sender as spam may prevent new submissions while the flag is active.

9. Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. www.garanteprivacy.it
